Veal salad with apricots and honey-mustard sauce (for 2 persons)

Ingredients for veal marinade:

  • Veal langets 150 grams;
  • Pepper blend, fresh thyme and rosemary, salt – to taste;
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil.

Ingredients for salad dressing:

  • 1 piece of lemon;
  • 1 teaspoon of honey;
  • Sea salt – to taste;
  • 2 teaspoons mustard;
  • 100 grams of olive oil;
  • Shallot 1 piece;
  • Cherry tomatoes 4 pieces.

Sauce:

Freshly squeezed lemon juice, 1 teaspoon honey, sea salt, 2 teaspoons of mustard and 100 grams of olive oil, mix thoroughly with a hand whisk. The prepared meat cool in the refrigerator.

Serving:

Spread out on a plate salad mix, apricot halves, cherry tomatoes, shallot onion and thinly sliced veal, add to salads prepared sauce.
